Tea, made a little ritual.
Ritual Tea started because we wanted something that took the whole thing seriously. Not just the tea, but everything around it. A pot you’re obsessed with. Incense burning to create the vibe. A journal nearby. The ten minutes in the morning, or the half hour on a Sunday, when you’re properly offline and the day hasn’t caught up with you yet.
We couldn’t find a brand that treated all of that as one thing. So we made one.

The Ritual Tea-m
When we met, we never realised any of us had strong opinions about tea. That changed.
One of us, and he knows who he is, has become what can only be described as a matcha snob. He has opinions about water temperature. Strong ones. He has tried more matcha blends and syrups than is strictly reasonable, and he will notice if you’ve made it wrong. He will say something. We love him anyway, and he’s the reason the matcha we sell is actually worth buying.
One of us also drinks coffee. We’ve made peace with this. He claims it makes him a better judge of flavour, which is either completely true or a very convenient story, probably both. Either way, he’s the hardest person in the room to impress, and our teas pass his test. We’re pretty proud of that.
And one of us is here, if we’re being honest, because of the teapots. It started with finding a ceramic pot that was just too cute not to have. Then a matching cup. Oh, and another pot. And then a thought: why isn’t there a brand that treats the teaware as seriously as the tea?
Together, our love of all things tea became Ritual Tea. Three different obsessions, one shared idea. That tea is more than just something you throw down your neck; it can be a moment, a ritual.
But a ritual is not only about the tea and the teaware, but the whole setup. The mood lighting. The incense burning that creates the vibe. The journal on the table. It’s the whole thing that creates your mindful moment, your ritual.
So we had one shared idea: that this stuff is worth doing properly, mindfully, quietly.
We think our obsession is actually why it works; we talk it all over before it gets anywhere near our online shop.
We’re still small. Still the three of us. Every blend has been tasted, debated, and tasted again. Every pot is something one of us got genuinely excited about before we ever listed it. We love the incense. We use the journals. That’s not going to change.
